These terms govern the use of the online store bacilaconsult.com and the purchase of the digital services offered through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Scope
The Seller provides digital consulting services and analyses for e-commerce (Shopify implementation packages, market and competitor analyses). All products are digital services and content, delivered exclusively electronically.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed online. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in EUR and are final.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively digitally, to the email address associated with the order, within the timeframe indicated on each product's page (usually 24–48 hours for analyses). There is no physical delivery and no shipping costs are charged.
5. Right of withdrawal
Since the products are digital services and content delivered electronically, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance or delivery has begun. Details in the Return and Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The deliverables and the website content belong to the Seller and are intended for the client's own use. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The analyses are based on public data available at the time of delivery and represent professional recommendations, not a guarantee of a commercial result.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes may be resolved amicably, through the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or through the alternative dispute resolution mechanism SAL–ANPC (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).
