All products sold through bacilaconsult.com are digital services and content, delivered exclusively electronically. No physical products are sold and, therefore, there are no product returns.
The right of withdrawal does not apply
Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), art. 16, the consumer does not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal in the case of:
- services fully performed, if performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and after they confirmed that they would lose their right of withdrawal;
- the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if delivery began with the consumer's prior express consent and with confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Your consent
By placing the order and accepting these conditions, you give your express consent for the immediate start of the service or the delivery of the digital content and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Consequently, orders for digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery.
When we do grant a refund
A full refund is granted if:
- the deliverable was not sent at all within the communicated timeframe;
- you were charged by mistake (for example, a double payment) or received a different product than the one ordered.
For any complaint, write to contact@bacilaconsult.com. Approved refunds are made using the same payment method, within no more than 14 days.
